Facilitation for the cross-cultural group Team SYI “Start Your Impossible” TOYOTA

Toyota launched its first-ever global corporate brand campaign “Start Your Impossible” in 2017. The message “Start Your Impossible” seeks for encouraging all people who try to break barriers and achieve big challenges. With long standing partnerships with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), Toyota supports many Olympic and Paralympic athletes who embody “Start Your Impossible” mind.

TOYOTA also promote “Start Your Impossible” message internally and runs various events where employees and other stakeholders can share “Start Your Impossible” stories.

In August 2019, TOYOTA invited 10 delegates from Middle East and Central Asia who represent “Start Your Impossible” stories in each country and conducted 3-day workshop event.

In this event, participants visited TOYOTA foundation memorial hall, TOYOTA plant and had workshops and story-sharing presentation.

Knowledge Signs got involved in planning this event and delivered facilitation for all sessions of 3-day event.
